Hotel super clean, hot breakfast, nice pool Separate space, cozy & elegant atmosphere Housekeepers are helpful, Front Desk are professional and smiling I will enjoy coming back. For me this is the best hotel in Houston! 10/10

Pros..Safe area…close to good shopping and good food places..all the employees we came in contact with was very polite…the bed was very comfortable and it had a fridge and microwave which is a plus…breakfast was delicious…and the coffee was amazing… Cons…The elevator was broken when we arrived so we opted for a room on the first floor…we were given room 111 which is across from the stairway door and the exit door…first night due to heavy traffic both doors were just slamming up until two in the morning….drove me crazy… we found hairs in the shower and the bed….drain was full of gunk and hair…there was a tile just laid against the wall which had a hole behind it…there was some sort of stain on the sofa…I bought my own sheets pillows and comforter…and I went to Walmart and bought cleaning products and cleaned the room….this has the potential to be an amazing hotel…I actually thought it was a good hotel after reading all the good reviews….but just a lil maintenance…and better house keeping and it would be great….

Great from the start of check-in to check-out. Very attentive and friendly at the reception. The first impression made a lasting impression throughout my stay. Usually, I have to walk to the reception counter, get the attention, and mention my reservation. Instead, I was greeted with a big smile almost across the room as I headed to the counter. It made me smile. After a long drive to get there, I felt welcomed without even opening my mouth. Such courtesy continued. Usually at other places, I would have to ask questions before I go up to my room because the staff speaks so fast to go over the basics of the stay (breakfast time, location, internet uses, checkout time...) This hotel was different. They were concerned about those that I most likely would like to know. They even asked me a question showing their concern for something I may need. Everything else was good. Very clean and makes you want to breathe more!

The best Choice hotel!! Big rooms and super clean every corner. Hot Breakfast with multiple choices as waffles, sausages, eggs,...yogurt, fruits...They have a great team always being helpful for you with smiles. Will come back!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel. We are in our 60’s, and can honestly say that this is one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. The hotel was very clean and tidy. From Paul at the front desk to Maria in housekeeping, all the staff was courteous and helpful. My husband accidentally cut his leg while unloading our truck. It was not a serious cut, but did definitely require a bandaid to help stop the bleeding. Paul at the front desk went above and beyond in helping find something that would fit the bill, looking through 3 first aid kits till we found something that would work. Maria and a male coworker (who I unfortunately did not get the name of) kept our room spotless. The hot breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, etc. gave us something to look forward to each morning without having to leave the hotel or fork over big bucks. Other things that made us appreciate this hotel: a mini living area in the suite, complete with a sofa that had a chaise lounge at one end; 4 pillows of varying firmness on our bed; and finally, last but not least, a 12:00 checkout time. Should we travel to north Houston in the future, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!
